Key Responsibilities

Inbound Operations:

• Oversee the entire inbound process, including the unloading of incoming trucks, verifying shipment accuracy, and inspecting goods for damage.
• Ensure all received items are accurately recorded in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and matched against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Support on automating entire receiving activities + 2D barcode implementation for suppliers

Outbound Operations:

• Plan and coordinate the daily dispatch schedule to meet customer deadlines and carrier cut-off times.
• Oversee the order picking and packing processes to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and according to specific customer requirements.
• Supervise the loading of outbound trucks, ensuring secure and safe stacking to prevent in-transit damage.
• Generate and verify all necessary shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping labels.

Team Leadership & Safety:
